At Oceanus Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the swimwear is in its original condition with all hygienic liners and tags attached, then place it securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
